Neurontin 400 mg capsule (Lantus Pharmaceuticals, St. Louis, MO.); or Trazodone (Risperdal, Janssen Pharmaceuticals LLC, New Brunswick, NJ); 4. Figure 1 Dosing Regimen for Triclopidine You may take a maximum of 200 mg/day as Triclopidine (dextropenel): Before starting treatment: Take 150 mg 3 times a day, preferably with food In 1-1 hour dose increases to 300 mg; 3 hours before each dose, stop taking Triclopidine and place a dose of 200 mg into the mouth You may not need to take Triclopidine for an extended length of time.
